McQuaid Jesuit Athletic Programs Continue to Have Strong Fall

SOCCER

VOLLEYBALL
Volleyball improved its record to 8-0, most recently sweeping Victor and Eastridge. The Knights will head to Edison on Thursday before a huge showdown with Fairport on Friday at 6:30 pm in the cozy confines of the John H. Ryan Gymnasium.
CREW
The Crew team competed at the Liftbridge Regatta this past weekend in Fairport, NY. The Novice B and Varsity 2x both came in second in their respective races.
CROSS COUNTRY
This past weekend, the McQuaid Invitational celebrated its 55th running. The Cross Country Knights were the highest Section V finisher in the Boys Seeded Varsity AAA race, led by senior Ryan Martin’s 31st finish. FOOTBALL
Football continued its winning ways, improving to 4-0 with a Homecoming victory over Rush Henrietta. Leading the way for the Knights was Andrew Passero, who rushed for 173 yards and three touchdowns.
