2022 Alumni Bull Roast

Thanks to everyone who came out to join us on November 23 for the annual Alumni Bull Roast. It was great to see so many friends from different decades reconnecting and reminiscing about their time here at McQuaid. We even had two members from the original Class of 1958 in attendance.

We’d like to thank our sponsors including Roc. Brewing Co., Gauss Sales, and Temple Bar & Grille, and we look forward to seeing you at next year’s Bull Roast.

New York and Washington D.C. JUG Nights

In October representatives from McQuaid hosted alumni and friends in New York City and Washington D.C..  It was great to see so many familiar faces, and some that we hadn’t seen in awhile.

Being able to reconnect with everyone in person is something we have not been able to do for a couple years and we were extremely happy to be able to meet once again.

Stay tuned for information regarding JUG Night in Boston in the spring of 2023.

Alumni Bull Roast

Alumni Bull Roast

On November 24, alumni of all years gathered for the annual Bull Roast in the school cafeteria. Along with enjoying drinks and conversation, attendees were able to order personal pan pizzas made in our brick oven. It was a great way to kick-off the Thanksgiving holiday and we look forward to doing it again next year.

Thanksgiving Cook-Along

On November 16, Chef Floyd Avery of Parkhurst and guest chef Fr. Phil Judge S.J. made some sweet and savory sweet potato pancakes with a maple sour cream topping. After flipping the pancakes, they made a Honey Apple Highball as this year’s Thanksgiving themed cocktail.
